Very nice staff who explained everything in detail before we took our car. We had requested some extra things for the car and they took care of everything for us. The drop-off service was great.

The website was great in getting our bookings. I had requested additional things for the car and QEEQ ensured that they spoke to the rental car shop to make sure it was available. We also had booked for early morning pick up of car and QEEQ ensured that a car was reserved for us. When asked questions, they replied within hours which was highly appreciated.

The staff coordinated promptly upon arrival. The car pickup process took some time, but the return was very quick, about 10 minutes for the inspection. There was also a shuttle bus to the airport. Overall, the experience was good.

No issues with the booking, car was exactly as expected and there were no hidden fees. For a car rental company with an off-airport pickup site, it was very easy to get to and from the airport. My car battery died on the first day and they were very helpful with getting it serviced and reimbursed me for the fee I paid.
