The shuttle service right at the airport entrance is extremely convenient, and there is a drop-off service to the airport. The service is truly excellent. The provided studded snow tires ensured no slipping throughout the trip, whether on snowy, rainy, or regular roads. Very safe. It was my first time driving a hybrid car, and since I couldn't hear the engine, I thought the car hadn't started. The staff ended up laughing at me for that.

The staff provided excellent service, but it's a bit disappointing that the car didn't have a reverse camera.

The service was alright, and the car was fine too. However, during peak seasons, it seems like there aren't enough staff at the counter, so both picking up and dropping off the car take time. Additionally, because it's a bit far from the airport, waiting for their shuttle also takes time.

Got the hard sell on the extra insurance! Car ha lost of external damage. drivers side wiper was not great and difficult to use.
