Waited at the airport for forty minutes before someone came to pick us up. When returning the car at 8 AM, no staff was present, had to hand the keys over to a non-staff member, and there was no shuttle to the airport. The car was very dirty, the worker just gave it a quick wipe, and the gas tank was almost empty.

I sent an email 24 hours before receiving the car to adjust the price because it has been dropped . However no action has been taken ☹️ Recommendation: Routes should enhance its response procedure

No unfortunately it didn’t work

After multiple conversations, Routes told me they would give me the car I actually reserved. Even though they were polite, both times they did not call me back as they said they would. Couldn’t even complain at return time as the return experience was horrible and took almost an hour. The car they gave me was fine, but not the car I wanted.

Dislike: It would be great if there's more car model to choose
