It was pretty good!

Went smoothly.

The wartime to get the car, and especially to drop off the car and have the shuttle take me to the airport was very long. Almost missed my flight. There was a huge lineup of people waiting to get cars.

Seems fine.

Almost everything was ok, except after we drop-off the car we received an email charging us more money because the mileage... So, we had to call them and ask for the inconvenience. Our car details included almost 1200km per day, thing that we didn't do at all. After talk with 2 employees of Routes they told us that was a mistake and we don't have to pay more. But that's not good, try to make people to pay more, and for sure some people does for not having problems. But make a mistake lying to the customer it's not fair at all. We finished quite unhappy because of that.

Like: Staff was efficient and very courteous. Clean, low cost office and grounds for incredibly low cost of car rental.
Dislike: The limited free mileage of 200 kilometers made me have to keep that in mind the whole trip, so it limited my trip.
