Probably the worst (so far)

The car was not ready when we arrived and we had to wait about half an hour, this is not good with a timed booking pick up.

None.

The officer was totally confusing. We received multiple tickets. When you add them all up it was $1000+ but she kept insisting us we will be charged around $150 in the end. Later on she said $250 - it was a complete mess. We noticed scratches and damages in the car and when we asked for another car she said "just take a photo of the damages and you should be fine" what does that even mean? Terrible service.

Up sell of prepaid fuel on drop off was way more expensive than doing it myself. They told it its at a cheaper price per gallon when i got the car to do that.

Terrible service, car hadmt been cleaned. When we returned it I left my tablet in there with valuable photos. I called an hour later and they said they couldn’t find it so one of their employees checking the car will have taken it for themselves I would never use thrifty again.

We waited for a long time to get the car, which was not the car we reserved. We reserved a mini van and ended up with a SUV with 3rd row seating after waiting for a very long time for a van. There were many other families waiting for a mini van as well but there were none available. We got tired of waiting as our visit was short in LA and we had much to do. We finally agreed to take a SUV just to get out of the Thrifty lot.

Booking was easy!
