Value for money and great service

This company is a scam. They advertise low rental prices but has a lot of hidden fees that they force you to pay. They also lie about insurance state laws to trap you into buying their own insurance even if you have your own. Total rip off and unethical business. They need to be reported for at least lying about state laws. A negative rating is more than they deserve to get.

We waited longer to get the car than our flight. We landed at 6:30 and had the car at 10. Ridiculous! Lesson learned- no money saved after all of the add on charges and never rent with a company outside the airport.

El carro no era como esperaba! Muy pequeño y sin seguros automáticos! No volvería a alquilar vehículos con ellos así estuvieran súper económicos!

Bus took too long. Waited for over 40 minutes to check in and get car. Did not give me a receipt at time of auto return. Counter could not give receipt. Tried calling numerous times about receipt and phone doesn't answer. Will never again use this company for auto rentals. Worst experience ever.

My only complaint was I had to drive a mini van because they were out of compact. Car was banged up a little and turn signal out.
