The service attitude was very good, but they still tried to sell me insurance.

There was a slight push for extra insurance, but they didn't pursue it after I declined.

It's very difficult to get through to MEX on the phone. Except for the airport branch staff, the parking lot attendants don't understand English at all. The pickup location is a bit far from the terminal parking lot, make sure to mark it on Google Maps after the shuttle drops you off, or you won't remember where to return the car. The car was just returned and given to another foreign customer without cleaning. Not sure if it's a good or bad thing that they don't check carefully.
