Horrible is the only way to describe this company. They left me stuck at the airport waiting on their shuttle for 45 minutes. No one would answer the phone. Then, I had pre-I purchased insurance for $9/day, and they insisted I had to buy more from them. The counter girl was rude, and said she would not give me the car that I had already paid for, unless I gave them another $156. I had no choice, considering it was 9:00 at night. I’ve rented a lot of cars in my day, and never experienced such terrible customer service...Ever!

“Booking agency fine, car rental agency garbage.”

The car was supposed to be a mid size sedan but it was small size. It took over an hour to pick up because the sales person kept trying to sell me add ons and was very deceitful telling me I had to buy them when I didn't. I hated green motion they have a slimy business model. I heard them scam two other customers while I was waiting.

They suck don't ever use them. Tried to charge me an extra $150. Never ever even got the car. Ended up using Uber and leaving that place.

“I will use green motion again. Overall it was a good experience”

The car did not have any windshield wiper fluid so I could not see out my window on ride from Orlando. Also they should put more gas in than 1/4 tank. I almost ran out. They should also tell u how to work everything. The car seemed a little outdated bc I had to lock the door with a key. Not automatic like cars these days.

Dislike: The first shuttle driver came stoped for 1min didn't even bother to get out the car or open his door to see if anyone needed to get in and took off empty
