The fuel tank was not full when picking up the car, but they quickly allowed us to hit the road after taking pictures for evidence. Very responsive.

Nous avons reçu un Kia Sorento neuf à la place du Fortuner. Le prise en charge était assez longue à Durban par contre à Johannesburg c’était super Rapide. Il y a un système de télé péage dans la voiture, pas besoin de s’embêter avec la monnaie. Europcar prélève sur la caution le prix des péages.

Easyrentcars's price include all of the insurance and then I was charged on damage collision and theft protection insurance at Europecar again without explanation in advance. They told me I signed the contract so it means I accepted and could not claim it back.
