They made a mistake with the order and still charged me, causing me to return at midnight to fix it. They didn't acknowledge their mistake.

Like: I’ve had bad experiences with car rentals before, but no hassle with Hertz about any minor scratches that were there before (which was my experience with another company). The vehicle we got was more car than we registered for—a Chevy Tahoe instead of a Pathfinder, which worked out better for us anyway. The car was clean, new and lots of features, and perfect for hauling the big group we had.
Dislike: The distance from the kiosk to the rental pickup was a bit far away—which was okay, but we didn’t walk around the car together, at least at this airport rental office.

Like: Excellent customer service!
