Alamo is a well-established company that operates efficiently. They only ask once if you need additional insurance, and if you say no, they won't push it further.

No excessive promotion of additional insurance.

The efficiency is very low, and information gets lost frequently. Every time it moves to the next step, all the information gets lost, and I have to explain it again and again.

They provided a brand new car with only 2 miles on it. The service was attentive. They were lenient with the fuel level upon return.

The staff at this Alamo location will try to sell you insurance and other services you didn't purchase. It's up to you to decide whether to buy them or not. The problem is: I booked a 'compact car' (Nissan Versa or similar) through Zuzuche, and the staff said it was too small (I only have two people) and suggested upgrading to a higher class for an additional fifteen dollars per day. I agreed, but when I went to the garage, I got a 'Ford Focus,' which is also listed as a compact car on Zuzuche's website. Why did I pay extra for an upgrade yet still get the same class of car? I think this location takes advantage of renters' unfamiliarity with car models to deceive them into paying for unnecessary upgrades. I've rented from many companies through Zuzuche and have never encountered this problem elsewhere.
