The service is decent. They do promote insurance, but it's not mandatory. They explain that if insurance has already been purchased on a domestic platform, there is no compulsory requirement.

The rental store will try to make you change cars and pay for more expensive insurance. If you refuse, they will tell you that the car you want is no longer available, and the only car left requires an extra fee. The location for car exchange is not accurate and hard to find.

1. The actual vehicle I received was different from the one I reserved; 2. Spain is too chaotic, someone tried to pry open my car door and failed, and the car rental company wanted to charge me a 600 euro pre-authorization. 600 euros? What kind of concept is that?
