The service attitude is very good, but they do try to sell insurance.

There were quite a few upsell attempts, but I declined all of them. I forgot to refuel the car before returning it, so I was charged a service fee, which was quite expensive! Remember to return the car with a full tank. For the first time, I was charged an emissions fee, and there was another fee that I didn't quite understand, which was also quite expensive. I booked a manual transmission car but was given an automatic one; the vehicle was brand new.

So smooth. Kudos to Europcar Pamplona for making every process easy.

Easy and efficient pick up friendly staff on pick up and drop off

Easy to use

Fairly long wait for pick up. Was told when booking online I had paid in full and would pay nothing at pick up. When picking the car up I was required to pay an additional 23€ tax and an 800€ deposit.
