“Very good service but delay to refund duplicated payment”

Like: The staff support was excellent
Dislike: I rented the car on 24 of August and my payment was duplicated in my credit cards from Uk and USA. I have not received the duplicated refund yet. I was told by Advantage that refund will be automatic but still waiting for it.
