Value for money simple car rental

Order processing and counter service were quick, the car model was upgraded for free, and the staff were enthusiastic. I have a long history and rich experience in renting cars in Europe, so I am giving an objective evaluation of this service.

Alamo shares a counter with Europcar, so we handled the rental process with Europcar. As our English isn't very good, communication with the front desk was challenging. However, the staff were very patient and explained everything clearly. Picking up and dropping off the car was very convenient, and there were staff on site to assist us, making our trip in Lisbon, Portugal very enjoyable.

Please please please check the tire pressure. This is the third time that it shows low tire pressure. I spent another 30+ at the repair fácil getting them to figure out how to fix the tire pressure. Everything else was great!

The lady at the counter proposed any upgrade saying it would be a diesel car so more economic. But at the pickup it was not a diesel car. Very desapointing to pay for that.
