Never use green motion

I do not understand why you even offered a car with a broken driver seat adjustment. You should only rent cars that are 100%.

No help try to rent me two 8 seated vans well over 1,500.00

I was unhappy with the customer service as I was quoted with one price upon booking and when I arrived at the counter they made me take insurance that they said was not on my policy. After calling my insurance agent he said that he had never heard of being forced to take that. Then they “recommended” that I buy the sun pass for tolls saying we couldn’t pay for them on the highway. This is not the case, they just don’t take cash. Therefore, we spent $69 on sunpass when in actuality our tolls probably cost a total of $10.

My reservation was cancelled , even though my flight was early, and they had cars available. I was told I would have to go online to get another reservation and then I would have to wait an Additional 30 minutes for it to show up in her system even though I had waited 30 minutes for the shuttle and another 30 at the counter. Staff was rude and did not even apologize. No one could find out why it was cancelled. Van driver was friendly. Wasted almost 2 hrs. Took the shuttle back and walked right up to another counter to get a car (perfect driving record, over 25, and rent frequently) Thought I would try this company. Never again and have already took friends to Never rent, or Park there, ever.

My only complaint was I had to drive a mini van because they were out of compact. Car was banged up a little and turn signal out.
