Double insurance was charged.

When we booked on easycar rents it said the total was about $100 but once on location we were charged over $400 and weren’t allowed to use our own insurance. The car was full of scratches. No power locks or windows that was an extra charge.

A) Difficult to find pick up location. b) Slow shuttle c) Over 1 hour to check in-1 person at the counter-Did not even acknowledge we were there. d) Car had dents and chipped windshield. e) Won't be using this company again. My reservation was cancelled , even though my flight was early, and they had cars available. I was told I would have to go online to get another reservation and then I would have to wait an Additional 30 minutes for it to show up in her system even though I had waited 30 minutes for the shuttle and another 30 at the counter. Staff was rude and did not even apologize. No one could find out why it was cancelled. Van driver was friendly. Wasted almost 2 hrs. Took the shuttle back and walked right up to another counter to get a car (perfect driving record, over 25, and rent frequently) Thought I would try this company. Never again and have already took friends to Never rent, or Park there, ever.
