Amazing!

Excellent experience. I originally rented a convertible Mustang, but at pickup, the staff upgraded me to a Camaro. What a pleasant surprise!

They added extra charges. Originally it was 232, but it became 395. They didn't tell me and just printed it out, then charged my credit card. Because our English is not good, we didn't know how to negotiate with him, so we let it go. When returning the car, 395 became 412, and we showed him it was 395. Without saying anything, he printed another sheet and changed it back to 395. This shows it was intentional, not a mistake.

Picking up the car early will incur additional charges in USD, which the front desk won't tell you! Later, I mentioned I wanted to pick up the car early but also return it early. The American staff didn't charge extra then! The car was in good condition!

Fairly smooth and quick with no incidents.
