No crazy airport-style lines at all, it was just our group being helped, so everything went really smoothly.

The car was in good condition, and there were minimal insurance sales pitches. The rental fee was slightly high. I wanted to rent an MPV, but the staff informed me that the car wasn't ready yet and offered me a Nissan SUV (7-seater) instead. However, when I went to pick up the car, I found it was a Hyundai compact car. I had to go back to verify and adjust, which eventually got resolved but wasted half an hour (angry).

vehicle category not available, upgrade not available, ended up with a lower category vehicle (from large 7-seat SUV to Dodge Grand Caravan).

Like: This was my first time renting a vehicle through this site. This was the best decision I ever made! The cost was surprising low, compared to the other companies. There were many cars available for you to choose! There were kiosks for you to use which had a real person to help you rent your vehicle, faster than standing in line! When it was time to return vehicle, drove it in and was met by a team member and handed him the keys!! That was it! Simple and easy! EasyRentCars will be at the top of my list for every vacation! Thanks for great service!!
Dislike: I thought the whole process from beginning to end was incomparable to any other company I've worked with in the past and will only rent from EasyRentCars!
