The phone number to be picked up at the airport was not working, there was no way to contact the office. There are too many car rental places in FFL with very similar names, too confusing. Windshield wipers needed to be replaced and cruise control did not work.

They tell everyone there who is using their own insurance, that their property coverage isn't high enough, even though they have different values and the only notice is the liability amount minimum required... thereby forcing everyone to get additional insurance. There isnt communication on how to find the car rental place. Thereby making it a long and confusing search.

It's a scam. The price seemed good, and they said they require proof of insurance. I brought the proof when I went to get the car, but at the counter they said I needed a half a million worth of coverage (I'm not even kidding) and that I would need to buy their insurance, which was much more than the car rate itself. Of course I turned it down, and will never go again.
