Easyrentcars needs to stop doing business with Right Cars -- they are a bad company.

The phone number to be picked up at the airport was not working, there was no way to contact the office. There are too many car rental places in FFL with very similar names, too confusing. Windshield wipers needed to be replaced and cruise control did not work.

Right cars was only interested in selling expensive add ons, would not except insurance info, or cancel and refund monies already paid. Worst experience by far in rental car service

We waited at the airport for over an hour for the free shuttle, it never showed. Another car rental company was nice enough to give us a ride to the office. Once there, we discovered that there were very few rentals available and the customer service staff was not helpful. They demanded that we carry $300k in liability insurance and provide documentation of such. We did not have it so we were told we had to purchase their insurance, which raised the cost significantly. We decided not to rent with them because of their unethical business practices.

Wish I could have got shuttle to cruise terminal

The lady at the reception desk could use some customer service training. Her attitude was poor; she should be made aware that when there is competition, she should be more accommodating to customers.
