For canadiens paying insurance extra. Plus deposit of 2000$ gas 1\4. Did not clean the car

I was at the Right Car counter, and I signed the contract. And soon after the representative took it back and tore it saying he was cancelling the reservation. I was asked to show my insurance which I did and he claimed the liability was not enough. I have attached a copy of my insurance and as you can see it has 100/300/100 limit, so I was trying to find out where is my insurance lacking the coverage and asking for an explanation. At no point did I ever refuse their insurance. And in fact even agreed to purchase it. The representative just decided to cancel the reservation with no value reason and ask me to leave. I had prepaid the entire amount of reservation and was told I would get no refund. I see no fault of mine in this and the least I deserve is my money back. Not to mention this caused me a lot of inconvenience, wasted my time, and I had to end up looking for another car rental which costs me a lot money. I had never ever experienced such terrible car rental experience in my life before.

Never took the rental. Went next door to sixt and had a great experience!

they have nt shuttle at 3 am for airport, we walked to hotel for called a taxi

I felt like they got you to thier business with the lure of low cost rental, but all the add on BS fee’s were threatening and nerve racking

The lady at the reception desk could use some customer service training. Her attitude was poor; she should be made aware that when there is competition, she should be more accommodating to customers.
