Extremely horrible dissatisfied

The phone number to be picked up at the airport was not working, there was no way to contact the office. There are too many car rental places in FFL with very similar names, too confusing. Windshield wipers needed to be replaced and cruise control did not work.

Rip Off - I have never had to buy additional insurance in my over 20 years of renting cars in Florida. It is not clear that the Liability coverage has to be 300K per person as I had 300K per occurrence. I will not rent from you again.

This was the WORST car rental I have ever experienced. There was no wiper fluid, the engine light would not go off, there was a terrible ticking sound from the steering column when you made turns, the air pressure light wouldn't go off, the car was dirty, the pick up experience was terrible, and the FORCED me to take the extra insurance, even though I already had insurance through state farm. NEVER AGAIN.

Do not rent from this company they want 300,000 dollars worth of car insurance for crappy 12,000 cars.

Right cars staff were rude and took forever. I tried to cancel on the spot but was informed that I couldn't because it was past my rental time. Even though I had been there prior to my rental time. I rented through a different company and wont ever even consider right cars again
