Excellent service from EasyRentCars

I barely had to wait when I arrived at the store, the staff were very friendly, and we could use a translation app to communicate when there was a language barrier.

MEX is the largest car rental company in Mexico. Every step of the renting, picking up, and returning process was very smooth, professional, efficient, and accurate. I bought the QEEQ Super Peace of Mind full insurance (insured by a domestic insurance company). The rental company didn't make things difficult for me or recommend any additional insurance. There is a MEX shuttle bus outside the airport. Every staff member was serious and responsible, with a very good attitude. We arrived at the rental hall at around 3:30 p.m. There were four counters open, with two customers waiting ahead of us. I waited about 10 minutes to start the process, which took around 10 minutes. Picking up and inspecting the car took about 10 minutes. Overall, very satisfied.

Car was beat up. When we arrived at Los Cabos car was not available for pick up. Over three hours late. Compromised our day given delays and availability issues. No discount given. Staff was nice but company should have done more to offset our losses and add costs.

In the counter they say that in spite you contract the insurance whit EasyRentCars , anything the car had, you must pay... i have to contract another full insurance ( almost the price of the rent)at the couter because they put só afraid, that you dont want to risk nothing

Waited over 1.5 hrs to get the car at rental location. Staff was not helpful, just kept me waiting. At the end, staff that was helping me just took off and left me hanging and me not knowing what to do. Terrible experience!
