Convenient shuttle service, just a 3-minute ride to the store with hardly any waiting time. They upgraded us for free to a Nissan X-Trail with only 80,000 km. They don't proactively provide a phone holder, but if you ask, they offer it for free and let you choose your preferred one.

There was Chinese service when renting the car, but not when returning it.
