Very friendly and helpful staff

Great experience. More than what we expected.

Vickey Chia is a very nice staff who is very friendly and helpful. She was very patient to answer all my questions. When I didn’t know how to drive to petrol station from airport, she even drove and lead me to the station. I should special thank to her for all support she provided. All the best to Vickey and SURIA.

The location of SURIA provided on EasyRentCars was a bit confused. It shows it is available to get car from KLIA2 but actually SURIA is only located at KLIA, which mislead me to cancel and reorder.

Should put more staff to assisting the car rental. Also should share the location of the carpark entrance for returning the car.

Vehicle may need new brakes as it felt spongy. Everything else was perfect. I enjoyed using the car

Amazing customer service. Fuss free and even advised me to cancel on my previous booking as I had booked a car meant for 5 pax but requested for a 6 pax car in the comments. I overlooked that option and you all saved me from having a terrible vacation. Once again, thank you very very much for the great service :)
