The staff were very enthusiastic.

When I went to pick up the car, I noticed that many rental counters were closed. It was 4 pm, and maybe they had left early because there were no reservations. The Suria counter had someone waiting solely for me!

Suria staff were so helpful and communicated well. They dropped off the car at our Airbnb, and picked it up at the airport. When we were rushing and almost missed our flight due to Hari Raya traffic, one of the staff members came and met us at Departures. Overall, we were very impressed and happy with Suria.

The car that I ordered wasn't available at that moment and the customer service is kindly upgraded me to the next level which is very nice. Car is very clean and in great conditions. Process is very easy and very smooth except in their system it didn't register that I already pre-purchase full all inclusive insurance and they asked me if I want to denied the insurance. But once I show the proof everything is good to go.
