Europcar gave me KIA hatchback. I thaught it should be an intermediate car (sedan). The insurance also didn't link to what i pay on easyrentcars. I was wondering what if there is a claim or somthing. It would be a difficult process.

The service was just so-so, and the car wasn't a Corolla but a small SUV I didn't recognize. It ended up being my first time driving an SUV, and it was even a right-hand drive one, which was funny since I'd only ever driven hatchbacks or sedans before. Luckily, there were no scratches or accidents.

The car had unpleasant smell. Had rubbish and mud in the car. The steering wheel was fluctuating. Not go straight! Feeling dangerous!
