Great Deal, Bad Customer Service

Car had 50 k miles on it....old

I asked for a safer car considering the snow, I was given a beat up old and dirty jeep for 76$ extra. The car barely fit my luggage - but considering I was at FOX rental for 2.5 hours, I was ready to go. I feared it would have taken another 2.5 hours to change. Not worth the prices, I do not recommend.

The 2 people at the counter were fine but there were 20 people in line for an hour at “12:30 am “

I was told to fill out the vehicle inspection form myself and hand it in at exit, but there was noone to hand it to. The windshield had a small chip, that i marked on the sheet. While driving the car it turned into a larger crack. I want to make sure i am not charged for this, but haven't heard anything yet.

Finding a car at a good rate was easy. I also needed a child seat which i requested, but it was not tied to my reservation at all.

The car was okay. What I didn’t like was that they tried to sell me a toll package that I didn’t need. They said I would based on where I was traveling but I never crossed one toll. That is flat out lying in order to sell more and I don’t appreciate that sort of practice at all!

Easy to book but did have difficulty understanding the agent. Able to get me the price I wanted at last minute.
