Disappointing

Tuvimos que gastar más porque la camioneta no era 4X4 y nos dieron una Jeep que era 2021 pero no estaba en buenas condiciones, temblaba cuando la sacamos a carretera.

Wonderful experience! Rental process was fast; and return was customer service that was above and beyond thanks to Charlton, the agent the checked us out.

It was easy to book and instruction on where to go and documents needed to rent the car were quite explicit. Overall, a very good experience.

First car they gave me had a tire going flat. Car was not clean and dinged up. Took pictures as I was totally nervous I would get charged for it. No air on shuttle, shuttle was slow in arriving, service was slow. I will not book with them again.

easyrentcars was easy and I appreicated being able to buy the insurance at the time of booking as well.

I found a car last minute with Fox through Easyrentcars.com that was half the price of the other options. THE GOOD: -Price was right. -Staff were easy to work with and friendly. -They didn't have the car I had reserved, but they gave me an upgrade. THE NOT SO GOOD: -My car smelled strongly of smoke. If I was in a smoking car, I would have liked to have known that before. -The check-in process could have been clearer. I waited 10 min behind people getting cars, before someone announced all I needed was to drop the keys with the front desk. It would be nice to have a car dropoff agent.

Found a last minute rental for half of what any other deal site or rental company offered! Easy booking. I will use again!

Ridiculously slow service from pickup at the airport to check in at the counter to waiting for the shuttle after drop off. Not worth whatever money I saved going through Easyrentcars.com
