They kept pushing insurance and the cross-border fee was twice the suggested price. We had to go back to the rental place, wasting a lot of time. There was a mileage limit that wasn't mentioned, and there was no mutual verification of the mileage data. The charge for excess mileage should be communicated and signed off in advance. There was no mileage check when returning the car either. The deposit has not been released two weeks after returning the car, and there are unclear charges. The responsibilities are not clearly defined, making the customer very dissatisfied. Why is the cross-border fee so expensive without a clear standard?

Service was average, and they kept pushing insurance. Since I didn't buy their insurance, they gave me a bad car and refused to change it, saying there was nothing wrong with it. I will never rent from them again.

Inter rent helped us as much as possible and arranged the appropriate size car we needed.

The wait time was ridiculous, over 80min. Never book on inter rent
