The car pickup process is much more complicated compared to before, with additional steps like staff inspecting and photographing the car, which took much longer.

Overall, the process is efficient and quick. After completing the paperwork, you can directly go to the designated area and select a car by yourself; no specific vehicle is assigned to you.

We had to wait quite a while for pick up for no reason really. The gentleman who served was polite and friendly but the lady was quite rude. There was also 3 drivers I presume who are hertz employees and I felt 2 of them we’re very unprofessional and unpleasant to 1 in front of us. Dropped off out of hours and had no envelope so had to fine pen and paper to write details on and post through.
