Happy AU car rental

Communication in Chinese was smooth, and there were no extra insurance sales pitches. However, they charged over 90 for tolls, and the handling fee was surprisingly high at over 70, which seems quite excessive. Plus, I have no recollection of driving on any toll roads.

The car exceeded our expectation. Even though we broke down in a small town, they were really quick to replace the car with a good replacement. It was a quick pick up and drop off service. I will definitely go back to them for my next trip.

We couldn't understand the person who told us where to go & then couldn't understand her when she was picking us up...it wasn't clear that she was a shuttle & not dropping off our van. When we arrived at the rental car location, we had to wait 15-20 min for our car to be ready & then it turned out to be a huge box van (people mover) that looked like it had been in a more than a few accidents! I don't want to drive a wrecked car when we rent a car. I want something in good condition both inside & outside.

Like: The counter is very helpful and the car is good new. Over good experience because they never request you to top up.

Like: I was very happy with the service that Aucar Rentals provides. A smooth operation. Very clean cars.
Dislike: The car needed filling up but in a way this worked out for me because I went with the agent to fill it up and knew where to go on the way back. Also she showed me the road that I needed to take.
