When booking the car, there was no notification to call the rental company for a shuttle. So, I waited outside the airport looking for an Aucar shuttle for 20 minutes but saw nothing. I called the rental company and waited another 30 minutes without any sign. It turns out the shuttle was from an unmarked car, and the driver didn't recognize our group of six. We didn't know she was the driver, so she left. We had to call again and wait, which was very inconvenient, taking us two hours to pick up the car. Also, there were no staff at the office, and we had to wait five minutes for someone to show up.

The store is far from the airport, shuttle service is not timely, the provided vehicle did not match the booked car category, the car was in poor condition with many visible damages, which led to disputes during return and even attempts to blame me for pre-existing damages

Very convenient, pre-arranged pickup at the airport by calling after landing. Waiting time was not long; the driver helped with the luggage. The rental office is a 5-minute drive from the airport, and the car pickup process was swift. A clean small car ready to go!

They were so easy to deal with it was so good just how I like it
