Great value and great quality vehicle & service

Car condition really good, my advise to everyone make the video when you receive the car from them and ask them to share the pics with you. They don’t have proper record end of the day they will blame on you.

My experience so far good.

We booked Ford Focus, but got a better car (Toyota Camry), were quite happy about it. Pickup and return was very smooth.

It was nice to be upgraded to a larger car, however the car is in need of a service. We got the car with the ‘47km to service’ light on. It was clear it needed a wheel alignment when we travelled at 100km/hr. The company said it may take up to 14 business days to return the hold on my debit card but I was pleasantly surprised to see it was returned just 2 business days later!

Great way to find the lowest price car hire!

Damage to back door lock made the car unsecure for duration of our trip, but staff were willing to exchange cars if we had required.probkem vwith only one branch us that there is no chance for on the road assistance easily available once you leave melbourne.

Dislike: The extras for the toll charges. to way too much as the extras >50% of toll value.
