Counter staff did not arrange for our pick-up from the airport. Even though they sent me an SMS the day before arrival with instructions to call them when we arrived, when I called them upon arrival, the staff did not know about our booking and made no arrangement to pick us up from the airport. Only after 2 phone calls later did they pick us up. When we arrived at their office, they did not have our car ready. Several excuses were made with no regard for the time we lost just waiting for the car to be ready. All in all, after our long flight, we got into our car 2 hours after the booking time.
Like: I was very happy with the service that Aucar Rentals provides. A smooth operation. Very clean cars. Dislike: The car needed filling up but in a way this worked out for me because I went with the agent to fill it up and knew where to go on the way back. Also she showed me the road that I needed to take.
