The staff was 15 minutes late to pick us up, didn't apologize, and only half-lowered the window to talk. She seemed indifferent as if we owed her money. Communication through WeChat was also indifferent, but she was very proactive when it came to charging the card.
Unfortunately due to a poor phone signal & a slight language problem there was a delay in the initial pick up - but afterwards everything went smoothly - would definitely use this company again great savings by going off site. Many thanks for making our Great Ocean Road trip.

Very shift people, gave me a big car with terrible cigarette smell then swap that car for big SUV, which is not my use.
they push you to get what ever they have regardless of what you have booked.
car looks good outside but inside dust and stain/sticky steering wheels, seats, door handle etc.
You are charging more than the actual toll fee. Actual toll fee should be 13 but you charged me 38 including 15 of admin expense. Admin charge is fine but you should not charge extra for the toll fee like you are selling a coke.
