Nice Car!

Excellent

We waited 40 minutes for someone to pick us up, but when we were about to get in the car, it drove off. We called the rental company and waited another 15 minutes before another car arrived. We have rented from this company twice. The first time, we returned the car at 8:00 AM, but there was no one at the lot. We left the keys on the counter and had to take a taxi to the airport ourselves. The second time, when we returned the car after coming back from Banff, no one attended to us for a long time. We handed over the keys and were told we could leave. I insisted on a proper check and signed confirmation that there were no issues. The gas tank was empty when we picked up the car.

This was a great rental experience. Wonderful service and a great car.

It was very good. We were 4 people with 4 big luggage and had a great car (Jeep Wrangler) to support us all, at a fair price.

We got free upgrade to a larger and newer car which was a nice surprise.

The car was excellent, however, the inside of the windscreen was dirty. This made driving I'm bright sunlight very difficult Also, the windscreen washer fluid did not contain de-icer/detergent and so immediately froze when sprayed onto the windscreen.
