They charged us an extra 5 euros at pickup, and the car we got wasn’t the model we originally booked. Returning the car was a bit inconvenient too because we had to drive to a spot quite far away. Other than that, everything was fine and the owner was actually very patient and helpful.

They dropped the car off for us right at the airport, then even drove us to our hotel in the city. When we returned the car, they picked it up directly from our hotel. Everything was super smooth and convenient from start to finish.

Rent Car was fantastic – they delivered the car for free, the return process was super simple, communication was quick, and they even helped sort out a traffic ticket.

Got exactly the model we booked, and it was even a red one. The only thing to mention is the car’s condition was a bit rougher than what we’re used to in other countries. With all the ups and downs in the Caucasus mountains, make sure you get a car with really good brakes.

Really great experience. I originally thought just selecting Armenia on QEEQ would be enough for them to know, but it turns out you need to let them know in advance. I told them last minute that I wanted to drive to Armenia, and they still went ahead, arranged all the paperwork, and even delivered the documents straight to my hotel. Service was excellent!
