They charged us an extra 5 euros at pickup, and the car we got wasn’t the model we originally booked. Returning the car was a bit inconvenient too because we had to drive to a spot quite far away. Other than that, everything was fine and the owner was actually very patient and helpful.

They dropped the car off right at our hotel in Tbilisi Old Town, super convenient.

Almost no waiting in line at all

Rent Car was fantastic – they delivered the car for free, the return process was super simple, communication was quick, and they even helped sort out a traffic ticket.

The rental place was actually pretty good, they weren’t petty or nitpicky at all, and they didn’t make a fuss even though I brought the car back without washing it.

Honestly, this Georgia trip was hands-down the best car rental experience I’ve had in all my years of renting abroad.

Got exactly the model we booked, and it was even a red one. The only thing to mention is the car’s condition was a bit rougher than what we’re used to in other countries. With all the ups and downs in the Caucasus mountains, make sure you get a car with really good brakes.

Service was great and they never tried to push extra insurance or anything like that. On the day we came back, they even let us store our suitcase at the shop for the whole day. The guy there was super nice, and the car was pretty new too, only a bit over 40,000 km.
