The driver arrives at the airport 15 minutes before the flight arrives. The driver meets the client in the meeting hall, with the client's name and surname written on the sheet. The car will be delivered to the client at the nearest parking lot. The process of handing over the car to the client lasts about 7 minutes. After taking a photo/video of the car, minor visual damages of the car are fixed in the contract and the necessary information is provided to the client regarding insurance and the rules of moving the car around the Georgia. Parking fees are paid by our company.

Drop-off Instructions

The closest parking location to the departure area is sent to the client in advance. 15 minutes before the meeting time, the driver goes to the parking lot and waits for the client. After inspecting the car, the driver takes the car. The car is inspected in a few seconds, so as not to waste the client's time. Parking fees are paid by our company.

The main driver and any additional drivers must provide a full physical driving licence with no major endorsements. The license should be held for at least 2 year(s).

We allow customers to cross the border into Armenia. However, since our vehicles are insured only within Georgia, any type of damage occurring in Armenia must be fully covered by the customer. We are also unable to provide services in Armenia. In addition, because our vehicles are not insured in Armenia, the customer is responsible for all exterior damage costs. If a situation occurs where the vehicle may be towed to an impound lot, the customer must pay the required amount to the other party to prevent the vehicle from being towed (even if the customer believes they are not at fault). If the customer wishes to cross the border into Armenia, we must prepare an authorization letter in advance. The fee is USD 80, and the customer must pay in cash at pick-up. To arrange the Power of Attorney, we require photos of the driver’s license, IDP and passport, and you must contact us at least 1 week in advance to ensure the document is ready on time. To cancel the authorization letter, you must notify the rental company by email at least 5 business days in advance. Once the Power of Attorney has been issued, the renter is still required to pay USD 80.
