No deposit required, and the owner is very trusting. Not even a violation deposit was needed. Any fines were paid afterward. I was fined twice: once for speeding (50) and once for using the bus lane (100). Both were paid later. Very satisfied, as they have a great sense of integrity.

The staff was very helpful, the rental process was simple and quick. We picked up the car at the airport, returned it at a downtown hotel where they came to collect the car, and they even arranged a free ride in a large vehicle to take us to the airport. Truly grateful!

As soon as I sent a message to GL Group's public platform, their staff member, George, contacted me and arranged to deliver the car to the train station, saving us the hassle of dragging our luggage to find it. When handing over the car, he also gave us reminders about local precautions to help us avoid issues. He even mentioned that it's fine to return the car with just slightly less fuel. A great service experience overall. Although the car's age and condition were average, we were satisfied with the whole process.

Very good, both pickup and drop-off were very quick. The car was parked in the lot to the left as you exit the airport, and the staff provided a parking fee of 5 GEL. After we returned to Tbilisi, the staff came to the hotel to collect the car, which was incredibly convenient.

Picked up the car from the parking lot. In Kazbegi, the tire was punctured by a nail, but the rental company provided guidance and their service was very good. The car was not provided with a full tank of fuel, nor was it required to be returned with a full tank — make sure to pay special attention to this point.
