    The overall service was excellent. As soon as I sent a message to GL Group's public platform, their staff member, George, contacted me and arranged to deliver the car to the train station, saving us the hassle of dragging our luggage to find it. When handing over the car, he also gave us reminders about local precautions to help us avoid issues. He even mentioned that it's fine to return the car with just slightly less fuel. A great service experience overall. Although the car's age and condition were average, we were satisfied with the whole process.
