They gave us a brand‑new car (registered Jan 2026), but it didn’t come with built‑in navigation. Overall though, the service was pretty good and both pick‑up and drop‑off were smooth.

The overall service was good, and the staff patiently explained everything.

I booked an automatic SUV, but when picking up the car, I was initially given a manual SUV. After discussing with the counter staff and explaining that we couldn't drive a manual, they responded politely and provided a replacement. However, after completing the paperwork again, I found out that the replacement was a small sedan with a very low chassis, not an SUV. Considering road conditions, I insisted on getting an SUV. They informed me that if I specifically wanted an automatic SUV, I would need to wait for one to be transferred from another location. After waiting for more than half an hour and repeating the procedures once more, I finally received an automatic SUV. The entire process took over an hour.

The service was acceptable, but communication was an issue. They added extra insurance, which increased the cost in euros.

They provided a hybrid Yaris SUV, everything went smoothly.

The process was simple, with self-service for car inspection and return. The deposit was refunded quickly. I booked a RAV4, but I was given a Peugeot 5008 instead. It had a spacious interior, was easy to drive, and as a diesel car, it was very fuel-efficient!

The trunk was just a bit smaller than a Volvo’s, so fitting four 24-inch suitcases in was a bit of a struggle. Thankfully my friend is smart and ridiculously strong, so we managed to squeeze them in. The cabin noise was a little on the loud side, but the display screen felt very modern.

The shuttle bus to the car rental station at the airport is very convenient, and the customer service is excellent.

It's okay. Waited an hour for luggage and rescheduled the pickup time smoothly by phone. Waited half an hour for the rental company's shuttle bus at the airport.

They really push their insurance, and if you don’t take it they’ll put a pretty big hold on your card for the deposit. So when you pick up the car, make sure you’ve got plenty of available balance on your card.

The staff patiently taught me how to use the car, and the return check was quite relaxed, not nitpicking about minor scratches or dents. They also quickly sent me back to the airport. Very satisfied.

I rented from Hertz in the UK last year, and this time in Ireland as well. Their service is good. It's slightly more expensive than other companies, but they have more locations and good service.
