Stay away from these lads,my first and last time i rent any car of anybody and they try to scam me straight away. Gave me car with chip in windscreen,which i piccked up after half an hour and took a picture of it. After returned car they tried to charge me 560e,but next they they said it's only 160e as it doesn't need to be fully replaced. Them boys should be sacked,dishonest liars and chancers.

The lady at the desk wouldn't accept my credit card, as the limit wasn't quite big enough. Also wouldn't accept any of the remaining 3 debit cards we brought with us. This meant we had to spend a considerable amount more on the full insurance, which we didn't want. Not being warned of needing a huge credit limit on your credit card meant we had to pay twice as much. There were also no details of the drop-off location and we had to frantically search for the correct phone number so we didn't miss our flight, which added to the stress.

I booked an automatic SUV, but when picking up the car, I was initially given a manual SUV. After discussing with the counter staff and explaining that we couldn't drive a manual, they responded politely and provided a replacement. However, after completing the paperwork again, I found out that the replacement was a small sedan with a very low chassis, not an SUV. Considering road conditions, I insisted on getting an SUV. They informed me that if I specifically wanted an automatic SUV, I would need to wait for one to be transferred from another location. After waiting for more than half an hour and repeating the procedures once more, I finally received an automatic SUV. The entire process took over an hour.

The car rental location is staffed only during daytime, with a short waiting time. The instructions were fairly clear. However, the return process is self-service and available 24/7.

1. The car provided was smaller than originally booked. 2. There was a small problem with the rental car, so we drove back the next morning to change the car, and the car we changed was more in line with the original reservation, but it was an older car. 3.Returning the car is very fast.

One major problem when I picked up the rental car and left the airport I was driving the the motorway and I noticed the bonnet was shuddering so I had to find a place to pull in, the bonnet was on the latch, whoever serviced the car before pick never closed it properly. We were very lucky it didn't fly off on the motorway

It took us 3 cars until we could actually use one. The first one was full of smoke smell and was worse than an ashtray. The second car, we took off the lot, but then 2 km down the road, the low tire pressure warning light came on, so we had to return. Finally we got a third car that was ok. However this entire process took us more than an hour and so used part of our holiday time until we could get a working car.

The reservation stated that the pickup was in the airport terminal but IT IS NOT. Payless cars are collected in an industrial estate that needs to be reached via shuttle from the airport. This was a problem as I was late for a wedding when I arrived in the airport. Fortunately the staff at Avis / Budget (who run Payless) desk in Dublin Airport were amazing and accommodated me with an Avis car right there.

The amount of the deposit they asked was 3 Times more than the one in the confirmation email. Hence i had no other choice than buy full insurance with them too even despite i bought full insurance with you. So i ended up having 2 full insurance. One with you and one with them.

Hard-sell on everything there is to hard sell on, threats of consequences if we didn't take their total cover insurance ("we always find something wrong when you return it otherwise"). It isn't my first time using them, and have mixed experiences so far, but this time took the biscuit. Oh, and the guy "helping" us claimed to be the manager - I hope not for the other employees.

Reservamos un coche y nos dieron uno de gama claramente inferior que ni siquiera podía modificar la altura del asiento y eso es una putada para una persona de 2m. Luego el coche estaba destrozado por fuera llegándole a faltar un tapacubos. A la hora de proceder con la reserva resulta que como la tarjeta de crédito no esta a nombre de quien conduce no vale, lo cual no pone en las condiciones y te hacen pagar un seguro para utilizar la de debito o incluir a otra persona si tiene de crédito. Es decir, me acabo saliendo caro me siento estafado y no dudaría en impedir si alguien va a reservar. Además la atención de la persona que nos atendió fue horrible

The car rental service was just average. When I picked up the car, it was a windy and rainy night with poor lighting, making it hard to see any small scratches on the car's body. Fortunately, when returning the car, aside from the scuffed wheel cover, there were no other issues, and the repair cost was reasonable.

Pick up was fairly easy. Drop off process was unacceptable.No one was downstairs to return the car to. I had to drive to two locations to park the car. Then I had to go upstairs in the airport to find an agent. My car was not checked in right then and I was told I would get an email next morning. One week later, no email still.I called twice and then went on to the correct site to retrieve the report. Not fun when you leave the country the next morning if there were any difficulties.

I got the impression that if i didn't reduce the excess to 0 that even for the slightest minor damage that i would have been charged the full excess of €3000. Not a pleasant experience, so i felt i needed to mitigate the future hidden cost by paying the excess of €341.

We were given a Nissan Quasqai in our arrival to Dublin & had to return it a few days later as the lights on the vehicle were terrible & dangerous. We then got a Renault fluence the only good thing about this car was the lights were a big improvement. Overall we were disappointed with our hire.
