Consistent with the motto “We’ll Pick You Up”, free pick-up and drop-off services are available with Enterprise at non-airport locations during business hours. If renting from an airport location, the rental offices are usually in the terminal or a short shuttle ride away. The only option available for 'actual car model received' was Volvo XC60, but I want to clarify that the actual model was Volvo XC40. The car rental company's service was pretty good. When picking up the car, they pointed out the areas of previous scratches—make sure to take photos of those yourself too. Pickup and drop-off were convenient. The car we got this time was at least 90% new, and the built-in Google Maps navigation was handy, eliminating the need to use phone navigation.

A very satisfying car rental experience. We took the night ferry from Liverpool and arrived in Belfast early in the morning. The earliest pickup time available was 9 AM, but it was raining that day, and we got there at 8 AM, expecting to wait in the rain for an hour. However, a staff member showed up at 8 AM and helped us complete the car pickup procedures ahead of schedule. The car was brand new as well. Excellent service!
