The GO Rentals - Auckland - Airport car rental location is located out of the airport

Office Hours: Pick up: Please call GO Rentals on 0064 9 257 5142 to arrange your shuttle. If you have downloaded the GO Rentals App https://www.gorentals.co.nz/app you can also request and track you shuttle using this. Make your way to door 5, cross the pedestrian crossing and down towards the end of the undercover walkway to get to the Rental Car Shuttle Zone. The pink and blue shuttle will be along to collect you after you place your call. If you would like to fast track your vehicle collection, please complete web check-in https://www.gorentals.co.nz/online-check-in/ or download the GO Rentals App and complete the check-in there https://www.gorentals.co.nz/app Drop off: Simply Park in our designated drop-off area and pop into the office to return the keys. Please ensure the car is being returned at the correct location, date and time, that the car has been refuelled and all personal belongings have been removed. Our Team will then shuttle you to the Airport After Hours: Pick up: You must have completed your check-in process at least 24 hours prior to your arrival. https://www.gorentals.co.nz/online-check-in/ or https://www.gorentals.co.nz/app If you are flying into Auckland, please call Park N Fly when you're ready for collection on 0064 9 257 0992 to arrange your shuttle from the Airport. If you're already in Auckland, please make your way to 26 Airpark Drive, Mangere Drop off: You will need to make your way to Park N Fly @ 26 Airpark Drive, Mangere, Auckland Return Keys to Reception desk. Shuttle service available for transfer to airport terminals.

    Like: Friendly and chatty staff - nice relaxed and efficient atmosphere. Reassuringly clean office and vehicles.
    Dislike: Don't like the insurance up-sell. Not sure if the vehicle was limited to North Island use only. Didn't matter on this trip as only intended to stay on North Island - just not sure what the implication would have been if we wanted/had time to visit South Island.
