You can arrive of Mint Rentals - Auckland Airport car rental by free shuttle bus.

Official Instructions: After collecting your luggage, please call our office. For Auckland International Airport Arrivals, after you have arrived at Auckland International Airport and cleared the customs screening area for your luggage, please walk towards the Off-Site Transfer Shuttle area via outside door 8. It is a 5-6 minute walk; please follow the signs for Off Site Transfer and wait in Lane 5 for shuttle pickup. For Auckland Domestic Airport Terminal Pickup, please exit the terminal through door 8 near the Jetstar arrivals. Head across the pedestrian crossing to the far lane. Our driver will meet you in the off-airport pick-up area. During Business Hours (8am – 4:59pm), please call Mint Rentals Office on freephone 0800 842424 or +64 9 930 8271 for free shuttle service. Look for a van with the Mint Rental logo on it. Outside Business Hours (5pm – 7:59am), please call Flyaway Parking located at 3 Verissimo Drive, Māngere, Auckland 2022. Phone: 0800 776 699 or 021 431 822. Look for a van with the Flyaway logo on it.

Drop-off Instructions

Returning your rental car is easy. Please return the car to 103 Westney Road, Mangere, Auckland during business hours (Mon-Sun, 8am-4:59pm). Arrive at least 4 hours before international flights and 2 hours for domestic flights. Make sure the fuel level is the same as when you picked it up to avoid a NZD$10 fee. Nearby petrol stations are Waitomo on Richard Pearce Drive and Mobil on Massey Road. Ensure the vehicle is clean and all personal items are removed. Hand over the keys to our staff, who will perform a 5-minute check of the vehicle's condition compared to its state at pickup. Our free shuttle will take you to the airport; please allow 15-20 minutes for this trip. The last shuttle leaves at 4:59pm. For after-hours drop-offs (Mon-Sun, 5:00pm-7:59am), please use Flyaway Parking located at 3 Verissimo Drive, Māngere, Auckland 2022, Phone: 0800 776 699 or 021 431 822 with a NZD$45 service charge. Arrange these services at least 24 hours in advance or when booking.
