Excellent service. The counter diagram on QEEQ is very clear. The car rental process was efficient and quick. The staff explained the insurance coverage and important details thoroughly before we went to pick up the car. Although the car's exterior had some scratches, the overall appearance was still acceptable. The interior was very clean, and the car was in great condition. The only drawback is that the fuel gauge is not very sensitive. When refueling before return, you need to drive 3-4 kilometers for the gauge to adjust.

The Chiang Mai loop trip was made much more enjoyable thanks to this car rental experience—the vehicle was in excellent condition and handled the mountainous roads of Northern Thailand perfectly! The self-driving environment in Thailand is also fantastic; I come back every year!

Overall satisfied, but the last-minute vehicle replacement wasn't communicated in advance. The replaced car had a hard-to-open side door, a missing exterior door guard, and an unpleasant smell inside, which affected the experience. However, the driving condition was decent.

I rented a Honda City but was given a Toyota Yaris Ativ. The trunk space should be similar to the City. Surprisingly, there was no phone holder in the car, which was very inconvenient. The car's performance was mediocre—going up to a mountain lodge in Suthep, even with the air conditioning on, I almost had to floor the accelerator. It was slightly better with the air conditioning off. The vehicle had many scratches, but fortunately, they were all documented in advance, so there were no disputes.

When picking up the car, the address search directed us to another location near the airport branch, but the staff delivered the car to us without any extra charges. They didn't aggressively sell insurance and were very friendly and considerate!

Dissatisfied with QEEQ's service attitude. Since the pick-up time might be delayed by half an hour compared to the scheduled time, I asked QEEQ to notify the car rental company and explain that it would not require changing the rental time on the contract. However, QEEQ refused multiple times.
