Super satisfied overall. The branch is right by the easternmost exit inside Chiang Mai Airport, really easy to find, and communication was smooth. They reminded us about fuel, routes and some driving tips, then we headed straight to pick up the car, which was spotless inside and out.

Excellent service. The counter diagram on QEEQ is very clear. The car rental process was efficient and quick. The staff explained the insurance coverage and important details thoroughly before we went to pick up the car. Although the car's exterior had some scratches, the overall appearance was still acceptable. The interior was very clean, and the car was in great condition. The only drawback is that the fuel gauge is not very sensitive. When refueling before return, you need to drive 3-4 kilometers for the gauge to adjust.

Super satisfied overall. The rental counter is right between gates 8 and 9. Our first car had an engine issue, but they swapped it out the same day with no fuss, and the second one was in great condition mechanically. Just be aware the exterior of their cars can look pretty rough — lots of scratches — so make sure you record a video when you pick up the car and check the tire tread carefully. The car was easy to drive and very fuel-efficient. In Chiang Mai, a lot of attractions are up in the mountains with tons of sharp curves, steep slopes, and narrow roads where passing is tricky. Avoid driving in the mountains at night — there are no streetlights and it’s really dangerous! Use L gear for climbing; it can still handle the hills. Don’t stay in D going up and down the mountains or you risk overheating the engine. The rental company’s service was great: no hard-selling, staff were friendly, and they replied quickly on WhatsApp.

Dissatisfied with QEEQ's service attitude. Since the pick-up time might be delayed by half an hour compared to the scheduled time, I asked QEEQ to notify the car rental company and explain that it would not require changing the rental time on the contract. However, QEEQ refused multiple times.
