As the fuel only 3/4 full when returned, i expected the charged will be necessary. However the price are scared for the penalty, they charged me almost 1000bht for 1/4 full filling charge, which is the price i can refill almost full fuel for the car. Anyway, i paid. Just let you know it.

The service attitude was quite good, and the explanation was very detailed. Probably because we arrived late, there were no queues. Their store is right at exit 2 of the airport, which was fairly easy to find. It took about 15 minutes to complete the paperwork and inspect the car. Returning the car was also smooth.

There was essentially no service. Around 7 PM, there was no one at the return location, and the signs were extremely unclear. We had to ask people from other rental companies to find the return spot. We called the service desk and someone finally came over to check the car but refused to take us to the international departure area. The positive review is for the car: a new vehicle with only a few thousand kilometers, fuel-efficient and easy to drive, but with five people and luggage, the power felt a bit insufficient and the car slightly shaky.

The car was pretty zippy, and it was nice that the fuel was a genuinely full tank and not just showing approximately full (which often happens with lower cost rental companies). Pick up and drop off we're extremely quick and efficient, and adding my husband as an additional driver was free - bonus! Not the newest car ever, but it overall very satisfied and would recommend.

I booked a package that included comprehensive insurance from the rental company. However, when I arrived at the counter, they claimed they couldn't see the insurance and asked us to buy insurance again and then apply for a refund from the platform. While contacting QEEQ platform, they suddenly said the package did include comprehensive insurance but excluded tire and glass coverage. They recommended adding this insurance for 480 Thai Baht over 3 days. I decided to purchase it since it wasn’t too expensive, but this situation didn’t leave a great impression.
