The pick up location is quite a distance from the international arrivals. There was also no sign indicating where to find ASAP. Quite a bit of manual paperwork had to be filled in at the counter.

I booked a package that included comprehensive insurance from the rental company. However, when I arrived at the counter, they claimed they couldn't see the insurance and asked us to buy insurance again and then apply for a refund from the platform. While contacting QEEQ platform, they suddenly said the package did include comprehensive insurance but excluded tire and glass coverage. They recommended adding this insurance for 480 Thai Baht over 3 days. I decided to purchase it since it wasn’t too expensive, but this situation didn’t leave a great impression.
