Their service is absolutely the worse. They did not have the vehicle I reserved. You could only fit 2 small pieces of luggage. I paid an extra $300.00 to upgrade!!!!!!! The people at the desk are rude!!!!! This is especially true of the manager there!!!! We had a horrible experience!!!!!!!!

Like: I loved the ease of using the online application, and the cost was more affordable than Priceline!
Dislike: I ended up with a Ford F-150, which isn't a bad vehicle at all, but the MPG was terrible.
